EARLY WARNING SYSTEM

The Early Warning System monitors indicators of risk, identify and prioritise inspection of health establishments presenting a risk to users. The system also contributes to ongoing research on areas of risk to patient safety and proactively predicts risk for prompt corrective action. EWS incidents are captured on a prescribed form through a dedicated online system.
