OHSC/RFQ4/2025: SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CURRENTLY INSTALLED DATA CENTRE ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING SERVICE (EMS)

Description: Office of Health Standards Compliance invites experienced and qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of support and maintenance for the currently installed Data Centre Environmental Monitoring Service (EMS). The OHSC is retaining the current RT-Systems TM3-24 Port Environmental Monitoring System, four flood sensors, four temperature sensors and two power sensors to ensure the sustainability of operations. These sensors will be installed at the new OHSC offices at 1 Eco Glades, 70 Ribbon Grass St, Highveld, Centurion, 0157. The contract period for this project will be twenty-four (24) months commencing on 01 August 2025 and concluding on 31 July 2027. The system monitors critical environmental conditions in the server and compute room, ensuring that potential threats are identified and mitigated before they result in system downtime or damage to infrastructure. Support services are to be provided 24/7/365 monitoring operations centre.
